When do I receive reminder messages? 
You will be sent reminder messages from a Mobellie client when you have given permission to be sent a message.  Permission can be granted verbally when scheduling your next appointment, or in writing when any agreements or disclosures are signed. 

How much does a reminder message cost?
Mobellie does not charge the end-consumer anything to receive a reminder message.  However, depending on your specific wireless carrier and pricing plan/package, you may be charged a standard rate for sms messages sent and received.  The average price for sending and receiving sms text messages ranges anywhere from free to 15 cents.

How many messages will I receive?
When using the demonstration on this site, you will receive only a single message.  We do not use phone numbers submitted to this site for anything other than sending the sample reminder message.

Mobellie clients can send up to 3 sms reminders per appointment.  If you wish to stop receiving reminders, please call the office for which your appointment is scheduled.  You will need to provide your mobile number and date/time of appointment.
